Recipe Instructions:
- Brush quail with 1oz of olive oil, place on grill and cook for 4 minutes, turn and cook for 4 more minutes.
- Add 1oz of olive oil in sauté pan and place over medium heat. Add 1oz of exotic mushrooms and sauté for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and distribute on bottom of plate.
- Place Quail on center of plate (breast side up) over the mushrooms.
- Spread 1oz of spring mix on and around quail.
- Sprinkle Ľoz dried cranberries on and around the quail.
- Heat a 2oz portion of hot bacon dressing in the microwave for 15 seconds, remove and drizzle over quail & greens.
