Italian Breakfast Quiche with Fresh Fruit

 Recipe Instructions

  1. Rinse the strawberries and blueberries. Remove the tops of the strawberries and cut into quarters.
  2.  Cut the quiche, spray a hot plate with pan coating, and place the slice on the hot plate.
  3.  Cover the quiche with foil and place in a 350 degrees oven for 6 minutes.
  4.  Place the warmed quiche on the plate. Drain the fruit salad and toss with the berries.
  5.  Arrange the lettuce next to the quiche and spoon the fruit salad on top of the lettuce.
